In 2003
Break the Box Career Group was broken out as a
separate division focusing on recruiting high demand
positions in the Healthcare market.
This year we have added Outplacement Services and
Assessment testing to our Human Capital Services to
ensure that we are providing our customers with a
complete line of Talent Management services.
Lillian S. Keefe - President and Managing Partner
Lillian Keefe, is an experienced manager and consultant
with undergraduate and advanced degrees from Boston
University (
BS/BA) and Bentley College (
MBA)
respectively. She has Certification as a Certified
Internet Recruiter (
CIR), Certified Diversity
Recruiter (
CDR) and Certified
Management Accountant (
CMA). She also has a
Certificate in Human Capital Management from the Human
Capital Institute.
As a member of the Institute of Management Accountants
and through our affiliations with various organizations
we continuously absorb the latest information in the
areas of expertise provided by Break the Box Solutions.
With more than 16 years experience in various
industries, dealing with all levels of management and and extensive education we
